Engagement Pyramid Data
In Chapter 3 of “Open Leadership”, I discuss how people—both customers and employees—are engaging with your company, brand, product, or even in a broad topic. To help illustrate this, I use the Engagement Pyramid, which is made up of five levels, with each level representing a higher degree of engagement. Each of the levels of the pyramid has specific activities and behaviors associated with engagement that you can easily observe.
The information below comes from my data partner, Trendstream.net, and is available for 16 different countries. Also included are two sets of data – from January 2010 and July 2009 so that you can compare how it has changed over a short period of time.
More information about the behaviors associated with each level of the engagement pyramid, and also how to use the pyramid to help craft your strategy is included in Chapter 3 of “Open Leadership”.
