Social Media Policies Directory

As detailed in Chapter 5 of “Open Leadership”, companies need to put in place the policies, processes, and procedures that will help you manage openness. Put another way, you have to have a plan on how you will in effect, control openness. This is not a contradiction—in fact, I believe it is a necessity that you structure, explain, and hold openness accountable.
