She’s also an entrepreneur, the Founder and Senior Fellow at Altimeter, a disruptive analyst firm that was acquired in 2015 by Prophet. Charlene was named one of the Top 50 Leadership Innovators by Inc, and one of the most creative people in business by Fast Company. Charlene graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in San Francisco.

In-person events

Send slides in advance so that it can be pre-loaded on the event computer
Quick rehearsal to see the space, check slides and sound, etc.
Lavalier microphone
Presentation clicker for slides
Confidence monitor
Water on stage, room temperature if possible
If any video is used, it will usually be embedded in the presentation.

Travel preferences

Arrival the day before the appearance
Flights usually out of SFO, with at least one flight before the last flight possible. Preferred airline is United.
Aisle seat C if available
