I recently had the chance to sit down with Steve Miranda who is one of the highest-ranking executives at Oracle. In the interview, Steve describes what it’s like to take a $40 billion company through a digital transformation, shifting from shipping product to providing a service.

What I admire about Steve is that he is immediately honest about how hard and challenging the transformation has been and continues to be, especially around company culture. And he provides some insight into how he has shifted his leadership style to lead his team of 18,000 employees through this transition.
